I was wondering if this is normal... when i sing a note in my comfort zone i can hang on to a note for a while but when i try to sing high notes in my range i can't hold that note as long...what am i doing wrong?
And a separate questions... After i sing for like 20 mins my voice gets just a bit sore does that mean i'm putting too much tenion on my voice? or is it normal.... i don't strain my throat or anything and i'm not making different faces i sing as relaxed as i can

1, It's normal. Not sure why, but it's a natural thing... I think some singing lessons can change this
2, what volume? How are you singing? Yet again it's probably normal, but may cause some major damage, perhaps drinking more water? Don't sing when it hurts!
