hello,
im 17 years old
a time ago (4 months)
i started getting a little pain and discomfort when talking , i have singing lessons for 11 months now,
i have this in the muscles above the larnx
according to my vocal teacher i have good technique and i breath in my stomach and use breath support and don;t have any unwanted tension
with this pain i went to the ent doctor, she said there's nothing wrong with my vocal cords, and i can continue to sing.
she said it maybe had something to do with puberty because my voice went from high to low in a very very short time.
but this is 3 years back
i also had these strange bubbels in the back of my troat, she (ent) said it were lymnodes (there are red and round)
according to the speach terapist (i also went there :D ) i could be a sign of Pfeiffer's disease (you know when you are tired)
but i am not so tired. so that's strange (according to my speach terapist i had a good technique, and speaking habit)
but when i sing i have disconfort in my muscles above the larnx and get tired when singin much.
i had singing lessons yesterday, and my singing teacher didn;t know anything to do, she thought that i maybe go to a doctor and check my entire larnx and the muscles above. she thought maybe that my lymp nodes are also red and round around my muscles, and maybe that caused the pain and discomfort. but she wasn;t sure.
i dont know what to do,
should i go to a doctor or should i wait.
thank you,
see a dr.
#4491....
painful nodes can develop. a friend that is a professional voice over speaker developed nodes. an operation was required.
she is fine now.
wow, freaky stuff.
ok an update,
im now trying to improve the air moist, cause in the room where i sing every day,
the airmoist is 25%, healthy airmoist is 50-60%, so im trying to improve the air moist by putting water scales on the heating.
do you think this very low airmoist causes the discomfort and me becoming tired from singing?
cheers,
