"There won't be any money. But when you die, on your death bed, you will receive total conciousness. So, I got that going for me. Which is nice." - Bill Murray, Caddyshack ~~ Michigan Music Dojo - http://michiganmusicdojo.com ~~
Surely, if you are seeking zen in your screaming, you should search for a "less is more" approach. Don't try too hard, start simple, and build your throat/vocal chords so as not to damage them. Some famous growler/screamers suggest drinking milk before going on stage. They take that flem build up in the back of the throat and go with that "moistness" of sound. Stay away from alcohol and smoke that will dry out the throat and hurt your body.
It is a small world for metal fanatics. I welcome you fellow musicians, especially the metalheads!
