how to I tune the 3rd string to D# and the 4th to A# using a korg CA-1

The Korg CA-1 is a chromatic tuner. Downtune the 3rd and 4th strings as you've done with the others until you see D# or A# in the display window.
D# will probably display as Eb, and A# as Bb - if you don't understand why this might be so, then you should check out the theory lessons on this site.
