F tuning (Low F) Help Please!!

Ok so i want to try to cover a song, The song is called The Wretched By Attack Attack! The song is in F, idk if it's drop F or just F, point is i cant get it on my 6 string lol, so could someone tell me the tuning for F or drop F or whatever for a 7 and a 8 string guitar?
