Did a gig with my pub band last Thursday and someone shot a video with his mobile cam. Just goes to prove that you never know these days,- your performance(s) might end up on YouTube the next day, so it's best to be well prepared and always do your best (guess that's a good thing, hehe....).

This is a very loose and laidback version of Stones' "Wild Horses" - my favorite Stones tune - some rather "out" tones from me in there (check the never ending slide at 1:40, that's me desperately searching for a note that fits  ) but I'm quite happy with the slide solo and the general feel of it all. It's a fun band to play with, we only rehearse 2-3 times a year and play a lot of our stuff 'on the fly'...

Enjoy!

Wild Horses is such a beautiful song. I think it is very fun and interesting to play. those chords changes sound so good.
nice slide work. you have really nice tone.
and I am quite familiar with that long searching slide looking for the note. you played it well. 8)

You have a lovely touch, Steinar - very emotive - and your singer isn't bad, either :D :D

I started with nothing - and I've still got most of it left.
