Hi, all, it's been a while since I've dropped in ...

I recently overdubbed some slide in dropped D over a very neat backing track put together by a friend. He calls it 'Three Piece Suit' and here's my take.

Dropped D, heavy brass slide, heavy strings, old Strat.

Happy 2010!

Cool track and great playing (as always)! :D
How heavy are those "heavy strings"? 013-056? Just curious because I'm considering 'sacrificing' one of my Teles for bottleneck slide, and have a bunch of 013-056 strings that I use for my lap steel (where I replace the first string with a 015)..

I use 016 - 018 - 024w - 034 - 044 - 044, Steiner ... heavy! And a heavy brass slide.
