Hi Everyone

This is a quick post as I'm not at home this weekend so am borrowing someone's internet access to post this. I was watching a TV programme and was impressed by a line a character spoke when he referred to himself as The Oncoming Storm and I thought that was a really good title for a song. It gave me a lot of imagery ideas straight off and may actually shake me into writing a song for one of my own posted assignments - something I'm not as prolific at as I should be. :?

So for this week I want you to submit a song based on a line from a book, a film, a TV programme or indeed another song that has had an immediate impact on you. Bit more wide in scope than usual but let's see where we get to.

Good writing

Bob

Isn't that how Buddy Holly came up with
"That Will Be The Day"?

That's what I read somewhere - it was John Wayne's catch-phrase in the Western Classic, "The Searchers".......

:D :D :D
