Hi Everyone

This is way late for last week I know but I thought I'd post it to show you all I do try

Follow link to My Soundclick Page (below) for a listen

Broadcast Storm

Sound bites in the ether
Contaminated radio waves
Peddle propaganda
Burns into our brains
Political perspective
Is how you spin the lie
Mass media message
Coordinated shirt and tie

Look for somewhere safe and warm
Far away from the broadcast storm

The 30 second generation
Is who you're aiming at
To catch them with your hook
And then throw them back
Win them over for polling day
With promises you'll drop
Hope by then they've forgotten
The whole damn lot

Look for somewhere safe and warm
Far away from the broadcast storm

Receiving loud and clear
It's not how much you shout
I refuse to buy your dream
Roger, Over and Out

Look for somewhere safe and warm
Far away from the broadcast storm
Look for somewhere safe and warm
Far away from the broadcast storm

Nice one Bob.

I like the underlying theme/mesage of coporations using radio to influence people (I hope that was what was intended anyway!) :)

Hi Bob

I think you might mean to listen to your MP3 click this short cut

http://www.soundclick.com/bands/pagemusic.cfm?bandID=409277

I clicked on your short cut and it was the sign up page .. never mind

May I ask what chords you used I'm trying to listen to chords and pick them out ( like listen to a song and know that G , Am or what ever )

Like I always say it's better to be late and alive then dead on time ..

I might use that in a song mmm

OOPS back to your song sorry ...

I think Pete 10141748 hit the nail on the head I think it is intentional and futher more I do believe that's how ( talking about me here ) we get into our consumers heads .

Hilch :?:

Here is to you as good as you are
And here is to me as bad as I am
As good as you are and as bad as I am
I'm as good as you are as bad as I am

Excellent lyrics there, Bob! I'll have to wait 'til tonight to have a listen to the track but on the lyrics alone it's great! 8)

Roger, Over and Out
This bridge was great. And right throughout the song I love the many 'radio' references. :)
