Y12W19 Start Again

Your Yo-yo chick’s up to her old tricks
She’s up she’s down; touch sky, hit ground
And then
Her mood swing loops; you jump through hoops
Once smiles now frowns; you’re upside down
That’s when
Your yo-yo dangles in a tangle
So you cut your heart strings falling
Down, down, down

Start again
Start again
Start again
Start again

Your box kite girl’s in her butterfly world
She’s fun outside; sunny days, windy nights
And then
Her airhead chores start to make you bored
Once smiles now frowns; you’re upside down
That’s when
Your box kite dangles in a tangle
So you cut your heart strings falling
Down, down, down

Start again
Start again
Start again
Start again

Your tea bag lass middle upper class
Kettle mouth controlled; Bitter-sweet, ice-cold
And then
Her pouty lips start to make you sick
Once smiles now frowns; you’re upside down
That’s when
Your tea bag dangles in a tangle
So you cut your heart strings falling
Down, down, down

Start again
Start again
Start again
Start again

Find a p-ssy cat to play with your string
Don’t get tangled by anything
Just keep your heart out there a dingle-dangling

Start again
Start again
Start again
Start again

Hi James,
I can definitely hear this song on the radio well done. Its got a sophistication that really appeals to me. I must admit though I can hear traces of My Sharona in there, not a bad thing though.

cheers
Paul

Hi Paul,
I must admit though I can hear traces of My Sharona in there, not a bad thing though.
I like listening to youtube "mix videos" to get new melodies in my head and them promptly "forget" where I heard them to claim I was "inspired"

This is the song I was "borrowing" from "Harlem" by New Politics

but now that you mention it, I can hear My Sharona in there as well....nothing new under the sun

Thanks for the listen and post :D

James
