Ferret it's worth, I ain't 'fraid of no goats....but the Newcy Brown (pint for the moderator? OK, make it a virtual pint....) seems like a good idea.

This idea's been done before, DB - although I always like to add my own evil little twists to any assignment....a multi-part assignment to take us to the half-way point of the year, hopefully to come up with some interesting collaborations. The point? Does there have to be a point? Well....it's to get you writing in a slightly different style, and to add to an existing framework of ideas as you go along....or something like that.

Straycat - I'm more than a little drawn to "We got pictures, we got proof" - someone could have a lot of fun with that. Combining a couple of your others would make a good title for a Straycat-style song - maybe "Picking Straws (or Clutching At Straws) In A Headwind?"
