As a RN at least my life is a bit simpler....I just work my 40 hours get my pay and benefits. :wink: I work night shift so I don't step on to many political land mines. Working in a Catholic hospital is kind of nice.At least I feel that the hospital is more interested in helping the sick and poor than making lots of money. Although any hospital has to make money to keep the doors open so I guess its all a balancing act.
Actually, I've pretty well decided to stay where I am and make things work, but it sure is nice to know there are other groups ready to welcome me with open arms if I decide to go. I'd do well with the folks I met with last night. Nice to have options!

Your in a good position :D I'm not to keen on changing jobs myself. Once I get to know all the doctors and staff and find out where all the bones are buried I might as well stay put. Besides, nursing jobs are getting hard to find in my area.
I thought there was a nursing shortage everywhere? So the papers would have us believe.
