Walking Gnumonia? I got it every year for about five years in a row and then it suddenly stopped. I haven't had it for several years now. Keep hydrated, take your medicine, wash your hands often, stand up straight and for goodness sake take your elbows off the table. I think that covers it for my advice.

I've never had it before! Don't want it again (and certainly not for five years in a row!). You poor thing! At least it finally went away........... wait a minute! (...*brain wheels turning slowly*...) Did you give me an "internet virus"? :D And, how did you know that I've got my elbows on the table? I thought I turned my camera off!
