Yeh, I downloaded some of their music and it sounded pretty neat.
I've heard some of the Donnas stuff and they're pretty good but I haven't learned any of their stuff.
Yeah, I'm a girl, but I also think its kinda funny that there's a whole section of this site for women. I mean, it does seem like there are more guy guitarists (a lot of my friends are) but we do all play with our hands and fingers, like Peter said.

It's nice that this site has a forum specifically for women, if for no other reason to be able to offer advice and encouragement. It's been my experience that there's really no difference between male and female players in heavy rock and metal except for the encouragement factor. So cheers to all of you ladies out there, from another player who happens to be one herself

Yup, another woman here! One thing I have noticed for sure is that the love of guitar has no boundries. It's one of those blessings we should count twice.To hear anyone, man, woman, black or white,young or old making music brings a bit of harmony to us all. I live for it!
