pearlthekat, thanks. I don't plan on lurking forever, but there is more advice for me to get than to give at the moment. I'm a complete noob who started playing in february, and the progress is rather slow. But I'm doing this... practice thing and this... playing thing and this.. learning musical notation thing. So I'm not going anywhere anytime soon. And I assume i'll be gradually stepping out of the shadows.
And *bows* I'll respect the forum etiquette. Whatever that is. I rather like it here.
