Hello!

I'm Jamila from Providence, RI. I've been playing guitar since grade school and about 2 years ago I ruptured my left eardrum while on a vacation. Around 2 months ago my ears started to get sensitive to sounds. Playing music live and even practicing has been hard lately. I'd like to ask for some help choosing filtered earplugs/hearing protection that I can use. Big Ear have some good products and they are what MSU marching band use but I don't know if anyone of you tried any of them. If you gals can recommend something that would be swell.
