Every now and again as i read along I see book and dvd recommendations. When I get a chance to go back to look further into it I forget where I originally found it. Could we possible make a sticky about what you guys recommend?
red meat doesn't kill you, fuzzy green meat does.

There'd be quite a lot of recommendations, though....depending on style of music, level required to cover the material, etc. Good idea, but I think it could take a lot of work to implement effectively. Just my tuppence.
