I found out the problem 8). one of the screws wrom my pick ups was stickig out higher than it should be and muting the string ! thanx for your help.

It breaks at the tuner, i already put pencil lead on the nut to help tunning.

How many pick ups do you have ? As i have four knobs too but three pick ups so one is for tone and the other three are for volume of each pick up.
