Nicely summed up, I personally started on an electric and I don’t see any problem with that. Learning to control and manipulate the electric guitars volume and how pedals work is really an essential part of playing live guitar. So, to me it’s important to get started on electric guitar as soon as possible. It worked for me, that’s all I can say.
