Use the "Code" function. Hit the "code" button once, paste your tab (it most likely won't look like it's lining up properly, but when you submit or preview you'll see that inside the box it really is lining up!!), then hit the "code" button again. Pretty simple!! :D If you need some help with it let me know. I can go in and edit your post to make it work, if necessary.
