Green with Bluebird, Keaggy with Sparrow, but Richards with Virgin? For a second I thought there was an ornithological connection. Were they all produced/ managed by Allen Klein maybe?

They all were signed with Decca at one point in their careers.

Ah well ..
How about one more try:

Queen Latifah
Linda Ronstadt
Ella Fitzgerald

hint: it has to do with a song they all did a version of . . .

I would assume the answer is Adrian Belew, as he has played for/with all 4 artists

If I'm correct, then, here are your next 3

Chuck Leavell
Derek Trucks
Duane Allman

I started with nothing - and I've still got most of it left.

Chuck Leavell
Derek Trucks
Duane Allman

All former members of the Allman Brothers' Band.

If that's correct:

Bill Evans
John Lewis
Herbie Hancock

(it's not just that they're pianists)

Sorry, KP, but that's not the connection that I'm looking for!!!

They all have something else in common....................

I started with nothing - and I've still got most of it left.

Well done, boxboy. They've all supported Eric Clapton.
