Back to Clapton for me ;)

http://taso.dmusic.com/

All feedback is welcome, positive or negative, all suggestions are also welcome. I am very receptive of constructive criticism. (Note: constructive)

The 2nd guitar that comes in during the solo, thats not me. It's part of the backing track, and I had to improv my solo around it, it wasn't cool, for someone whose new to improving like me... Trying to kinda duel-solo with someone isn't exactly easy.

Again, all feedback is greatly desired.

Taso

Sweet, very cool.. I liked it. The vocals timing were just a milisecond of, but no biggie,

Two thumbs up! :)

Yoyo, guerilla, thank you very much for the comments.

I can definitly see what you mean about the vocals, I think I can fix it with some editing though.

Thanks yoyo, I was really proud of the solo, so thanks a lot.

Thanks again for the replies.

Thank you very much SmokinDogg.

Yeah, I got lucky with the tone ;) Recorded: Gibson Les Paul into a Vox Wah pedal, into a tc electronic chorus pedal, and then a Fender Hot rod deluxe, and then I use the mic that came with my computer to record, with Audacity.

*Gasp* Yeah, a good voice, right! I appreciate the comment either way. And again, your definitly right about the timing thing, that seems to be my problem with most things I record, on guitar as well (its there a bit in the guitar in this one too). You can just ask Hue or Gnease about my timing issues, haha. THEY KNOW. *Remembers Layla*

Thanks again for the comments.

That's a cool website. I'll have to put some stuff together. Haven't done any recording for a couple of years.

My only suggestion is to add some reverb to your microphone.

E doesn't = MC2, E = Fb

Hmm. That may not be a bad idea. I'll check out the audacity capabilities.

Thanks for the tip.

Taso,

Very nice. I'd have to agree with pretty much evryone else just need to work on your vocal timingit was alittle rushed in parts.

Did you sing and play at the same time? If so maybe you should try laying the guitar track down first then record your vocals seperate so you can relax and concentrate on your timing more.

Anyway nice job. You wouldn't have a tab for that would you?

Great tone too!!
