cool enough. a little sloppy and i think you got lost at the end, but all in all, pretty darn good.

Yes very sloppy. That's one of my strong points, along with bad notes. That's why they call me Cringe.

Cringe,

Do you have a link to your web site, rather than to the song? This is what I get when I click the link:
This window starts the SoundClick player. If you have enabled a pop-up blocker, you can click the link here: play the song

but clicking "play the song" doesn't work.

Sorry dude. You're playing in the wrong key. The phrasing is fine but the key is way out. Not Jazz out but just out.

Your tune man. It's just my opinion. What the heck do I know. 25 years of playing has done nothing for me.

I never said I didn't like it. I made an observation that was not about like or dislike. Just pointing something out that I would attribute to your inebriation at the time. I also pointed out that the phrasing is good. You shouldn't take things so personally.

Huseph If you cringed when you listened to it I I've lived up to my name. Thanks for your opinion. I mean that I'm not being a smart a** I can make any guitar sound bad.

Cringe, sounds good, however I agree with hueseph, it does sound like you aren't in the right key. I really like the playing though.

First things first, post the "correct" link to your song. Don't tell people to "search" for you. We are here to enjoy and help people, not to play search games.

Second, you said yourself you are sloppy and hit bad notes..... fine... we all do, nobody here is perfect, nor do we expect you to be either. So, when someone says you sound like you are in the wrong key, you can't come back with, "I disagree" when you yourself have already said you hit bad notes.
Yes very sloppy. That's one of my strong points, along with bad notes.

Third, I also agree that something sounds out of key. Maybe you're out of tune?

Anyway, I think you are a very good player. Keep up the good work!

Peace!

Very nice phrasing, even if it is sloppy.

Your guitar DOES sound either out of tune, or you're playing out of key.

I'd love to listen to a recording you've done when you havn't been drinking though

I'd say Huseph is right - you are definetly playing a lead in A over a Backing track in another key - your choice if you insist. The lead is good tho'
