..... is out.

Start > All Programs > Windows Update (top left somewhere).

I know a lot here don't use IE but, I thought I'd throw it out here anyway. It's pretty cool. It's set up more like Netscape (IIRC) in regards to the tabs for different pages. I used to have a bunch of IE's open, now I have one open with multiples open with-in the one.

It's got phishing filters and a couple of other new things. The look is a little tighter. It seems stable enough, been running it for two days without any issues.

Just thought I'd pass the info along.

I've had IE 7 on my pc at work for a couple of weeks now. I like it, but I still like Netscape better, just personal preference I guess. I do like that Microsoft went to the tabbed browsing though. IE 7 is very 'streamlined" and a nice upgrade.

Big ol' Firefox fan here. I onlyhave IE installed on this comp. bc some apps require it be there, but I never use it. My wife LOVES the new IE 7 though, except when it won't open her gmail page! HA-HA!

For the stuff that "requires" IE, look at getting the IETab extension. It allows you to open up the IE rendering engine inside a Firefox tab. Helps keep my task bar free of the IE clutter, even though I do realize I'm still using IE.

The name itself is reason enough.
