Indukti – S.U.S.A.R.

INDUKTI is like taking a trip around the world and through history, from ancient Greece through the Renaissance into modern times and even into the future to the fall of western civilization.

I fell instantly in love with this album! It’s a rich wealth of sounds and textures flying at you from every direction. Nice and heavy with plenty of crunch. But it has so much more to offer than just that. Haunting Eastern-sounding instruments that we don’t even know the names of accompany an incredibly tight and heavy rhythm section. You could call this ‘metal’, but it has an incredible amount of texture and depth not usually found in a lot of ‘metal’ music, which often offers only a single texture to listen to throughout an album. You could call this ‘new’ age’, but, for most people, much ‘new age’ music doesn’t hit you in the gut at all. INDUKTI has found a way to bring us the best of both worlds, giving you all that both genres have to offer (without the harsh vocals you find in most metal music). If you’re a metal fan that feels any keyboards or acoustic instruments should stay in other musical genres, then this is not for you. If you want to hear something new and fascinating, something that will take you on a journey to unknown lands and experience every extreme of emotion, then look no further than INDUKTI – s.u.s.a.r.
