Hey another guitar player trying to learn to play bass. Any good sites or free lessons on playing blues bass.
Thanks

You mean like a standard Blues-bass?
The standard 12-bar Blues goes like this and can be moved anywhere according to the key:
G|-------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|-----------2--3--2--------------------2--3--2----------------------|
A|----2--5-----------5-2----------2--5-----------5--2----------------|
E|-3---------------------------3-------------------------------------|
G|-----------2--3--2-------------------------------------------------|
D|----2--5------------5--2--------------2--3--2----------------------|
A|-3------------------------------2--5-----------5--2----------------|
E|-----------------------------3-------------------------------------|
G|----------4-------------2-------------------------|
D|-----4--7---------2--5----------------------------| Repeat from beginning
A|--5------------3-----------------2-3-4-5-4-3-2----|
E|-------------------------------3------------------|

activebass.com has more lessons than you'll get through in a lifetime. it has a sister guitar site called wholenote.com that's good, too.
Just have a look at alot of TAB from blues songs, they all have different lines, although they usaully all consist of some sort of a walk based on a I-IV- V progression.
