Ok. i've played still loving you (leads) on my guitar.
rocked quite hard on it, shaking the guitar around, doing crazy bends and all.
staight after, i found out my action (i presume), is ridiculously low. i tried to hold the F barre chord, and it was easy as breathing. i've noticed fret buzz on many strings too.
what happened? what can i do?

after the crazy bends, its out of tune alittle. not fully. the strings are still in key
EBGDAE, but just 10% too high/low.
i have a washburn wg208, should be vintage bridge. using ernieball medium strings.
