I still cant do that barre thing; either I can exert enough pressure with index finger , OR I can exert enough pressure with the other three fingers . . . I cant do both.
Really, for this chord, you only need your index in the 2rd fret for the B, you don't need to apply any pressure to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th strings with the index... and the 1st is very easy!

Slowly but keep practicing. In a couple of weeks you will get the barre! :wink:
