Anybody have any good lessons on "Call and Response" ?

I know a little bit about a lot of things, but not a lot about anything...

The best way to study call and response is just listen to some great Blues players. Here is an excellent example of call and response by Stevie Ray Vaughan playing The Sky is Crying

Notice that Stevie sings a phrase, this is "the call". Often he does not even play the guitar when he sings. Then he responds or answers the call with guitar. This is very popular with Blues players. Watch some B.B King videos especially.
