Excellenet finger exercise to share

I was looking for it because I didn't have the tab anymore. I originally got it from my guitar teacher. This is a great exercise helped me in many ways, I was happy to find it again. Here's the link:

Every day I practice I include it, five minutes a day. Helped me with dexterity, playing scales, I think it helped me play barre chords sooner. Just wanted to pass it along.

That looks like a fun exercise. I think I'll add that into my practice along with a few others I'm learning.
