No problem at all Vic. I do get the newsletter too, always something interesting in there.

I too have benifited from the info and agree on the attutide she takes in the book, but what ever it takes sometimes to get it through my head! One of the things I found that helped was to look into the mirror when praticing. I was slouched, hunched and leaning to the side and wondered while my back hurt. :P I agree with the metronome, I have really started using the metronome since reading the book and now I apply myself like my instructor wanted in all my material. This has helped me. Overall I found that the book helped. I have others that I feel are worthless so, it depends on the reader.
