First off let me say HI to everyone as I am new to Guitars and playing one. Always wanted to learn and at 44 y/o I figured it was about time and also the whole family is playing.
It is my wifes hobby and she is teaching my son and so I am going to learn also.
I just replaced the strings on her 6 string and we have an older Alvarez 12 String Acoustic that only has 6 strings on it and she is wanting to learn the 12 so I need to get some strings for it and then put them on.
I used Frank's How-to for the 6, but I am wondering if there is a Big difference in the 12.
And does anyone know of a website that goes into detail on playing and tuning a 12 string.
