Hi guys! I finally got my electric guitar, and it has a tuneomatic bridge. i tried to change the action by trying to turn the thumbwheels, but they are so tight that even my dad couldnt do it! Please help. Give me some advice on how to turn these thumbwheels!!!!!!!!

try tuning the strings down a bit to relieve some of the tension
