I have been learning about intervals, mostly the theory part.
But i am unsure how to go about using it while actually playing.

Any suggestions?

Thx,
Vic

How do I make tabs on here?

Here is an interval lesson I used to like to play. It's a song by RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE called Take the power back.

Don't worry about tuning down the E string. This is just an exercise example.

C D E F G A B
1 2 3 4 5 6 7

Key of C

He is playing C - E(1 & 3)
then C - F (1 & 4)
then C - G (1 & 5)
then back to the 1 and 4.

Have fun.

here is the whole song if interested. http://www.ratm.net/tabs/guitar/selftitled/take_the_power_back_tab.html

I usually draw the lines using the underscore key and surround it with the quote tag.

You can just copy the tab lines above, add the notes and remove the extra e.
