Blind Melon - Change

This seems to be a pretty easy song, the chords are relatively easy and its a great song. I am however having lots of trouble with the strumming pattern. Does anyone have a pattern to use for this? Its not just a bar of A and a bar of G. there are changes mid bar.
Can anyone help with this pattern?
