OK - somebody posted the complete Beatles book earlier. You can all find the chords there. However, I believe this is a much easier way to play the opening riff:

E---------------------------------------
B---------------------------------------
G---------------------------------------- x4
D---7-p5-----2-------5-p0---4-p0-------
A-0-------0-------0--------0-------------
E--------------------------------------- --

sweet little riff for yet another nice Harrison song!

Lars

edit - and a E7-9 chord 076760 (or 0x9 10 9 10) works well to get the F from the piano in the "when you're here all those words" part...

...only thing I know how to do is to keep on keepin' on...

I have always used the following example for the intro
E---------------------------------------
B---------------------------------------
G--2--0-------------0------------------- x4
D-----------2----------0-----4--0-------
A--------0-------0--------0--------0----
E---------------------------------------

I would say just as easy if not easier.

Hope you don't mind the intrusion Larsko

Rod

jepp - that's the official version in the unofficial beatles book.

I still wish to promote my version of it - you don't have to mute the open G after playing it - and with the pull offs it just rolls out by itself more or less. To satisfy my curiosity - do you play it with a pick or w/fingers?

Nope I do not mind - that's what this is all about isn't it?

Lars :)
