Like this?

(Nick: Yes, like that, thanks and done.)

I don't mind doing some from time to time. Maybe get a couple of volunteers and we can atleast attack the heavy hitters like mattguitar, Wes and others or do it by pages. Put a little structure to it so we don't have a bunch of people doing it resulting in multiples of the same song which equates to wasted time.

I can try to pitch in when I have time. Question though, how do you make the URL tags? Should each one of us grab a page # to work on or what? Ok, that was two questions!

[url=place the link here]place the title here[/url]

So you add the = and the link in the first url then, the title inbetween the two url's and leave the last url alone.

Vic,

If this is your baby and you don't want help, here is a little tip you might find usefull.

I was using MS Word and I made a bunch of......

..... and from there I was going back and fourth filling in the blanks. Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V (copy and paste)

I have all of Vic's in, thanks Vic for the list.

I'm using excel. I've got the master sheet complete with formulas for splitting and combining text from Vic's list.

I have to fix alphabetizing, we'll use last name when appropriate and not count the word "the" as in "The Monkees"

Now that I think about it, let's not use the url thing. That way I can keep them and sort them in my spreadsheet. The spreadsheet automatically generates the code. Much faster.

so Artist, Title, tabber, URL

Thanks much

I don't mean to be a pain but, that list is messin' with my eyes. Maybe you/we could do something more along the lines of -

Nirvana -

-Come As You Are
-Lithium
-Something In The Way

That way it looks more organized and can easily be added to later. The only "con" I see to my way is that it will take up more space.

Just a thought..........

I like that way much better too Mike. Now, did you pic a certain page? How can I help, but not duplicate what's already been done?

Hmmm, I like it, but too long. Maybe I can just modify so the name isn't part of the link and it shows up like yours as text.

Yep

If you want to go through and pull 'em all, or as many as you like give me

Artist, track, tabber, url

How about I assign pages so we don't repeat? I mean you don't have to do them all.

It looks like 20 pages.

Let me know which chunk you want.

17-20
13-16
9-12
5-8
1-4
