Hey does anyone have the strum pattern to this song. This is a good song and seems fairly easy. A strum pattern would be great.

Amazing that i read this post today. I just got back from a folk festival where a lot of musicians come and camp out, and "Wagon Wheel" is perhaps the most popular song in the circles that happen in the campground. I laughingly refer to it as the "Starway To Heaven" of the festival. I know a number of fledgling players who cut their teeth on this very song! I had never heard it before attending the festival, but it's a very easy, repeating chord pattern and the chorus is very catchy.

This past weekend we even tried to have three or four separate song circles throughout the campground do this song all at the same time.

Thanks for that.

Regards,

Mike

This was my first song!
Strum pattern is DDUDU. I like to put extra emphasis on the second down, sounds a bit more interesting.

This is one of the best songs OCMS does. I also love Tell It To Me!
