I have a Behringer VD400 Vintage Delay Pedal and none of the three settings have measures on just min-max so as a clock face how would i set each one......Repeat Rate......Echo.....Intensity? i came across the following info but as i say,i have no measures........( Start with between 140-200ms delay time. They say single repeat, but I like it just a little fuller with only a hint of the second repeat, and try the delay level at about 1/3 to 1/2. Adjust to taste.)I am playing Blues and Rockabilly,Johnny Cash,Brian Setzer kind of stuff. My amp is a Linebacker 100 Reverb so help with settings there if you will please,do i use the Reverb as well as Delay? thanks to you all.

my best guess...
if you want a hint of a repeat use the Repeat Rate. as I understand that, Repeat Rate sets the Time delay or the amount of time the repeat begins after the first signal .
Echo then may be the amount of times the signal is repeated.
Intensity may be the amount of Overall effect, which may address the fullness you mention.
that's my guess.
did you try a search on Google. there are many Effects forums, and there may be one for your pedal, as there are many vintage effects folks out there.

Repeat does set Time Delay.
