Hueseph, I'd guess, but I don't have time to record a riff. I'm heading out of town tomorrow for a long weekend. Work today, packing tonight. I won't be back until Tuesday.

Such a lonely game. :( The bands frontman was once a teacher and wrote another song about that and teenage crushes. This aptly titled song has more of a poitical theme. That's all I want to say to you.
It's almost like he stepped in something.

I think that it's Police and "do do do, da da da"

I started with nothing - and I've still got most of it left.

Argh! The song title/chorus resembles your first words.

Walking on the moon?
or Walking in your footsteps?

Sorry Greybeard. I missed your first post. Of course you were correct. It is indeed "De Do Do Do. De Da Da Da" :P

OK, I've had to dash something off, cause I've lost a load of data due to a system freeze, that's destroyed several file setups.

Anyway, this may be very easy, it may not, depends on your musical tastes

That sounds really familiar, but I just can't place it right now... hmm...

Time for a clue?

Not too much help, for the first one, but the style of this song is nothing like the intro.

I started with nothing - and I've still got most of it left.

No, sorry.

The song title sounds like something that SRV or Billy Gibbons might have felt justified in doing.

I started with nothing - and I've still got most of it left.

I'll add another clue:

Sometimes, it is said, that less is the name of the artist.

I started with nothing - and I've still got most of it left.

OK, artist is Irish. The song is about a form of blues, although the title mentions the name of a dance.
