I just stepped on and snapped my CD in two. Does anyone have a copy they can either MP3 or burn? I already own the book and two halves of a CD, otherwise I wouldn't ask.

Yep, I have. Send me an address and I'll have it in the post tomorrow.

I started with nothing - and I've still got most of it left.

I woke up this morning
I broke up my CD this morning
Even my PC don't love me no more
I've got the can't use blues

If Grebeard has to ship overseas, I can burn you one and send US snail mail if you PM me your address...
