Well, wish me luck; we're putting the whole 22-guitar Cambridge Guitar Orchestra in Weston Church near Hitchin in Herts, where a lot of the big Classical Guitar tours stop off to record albums, and recording material for our 3rd album. This is going to be a blast.
I'll let you know later how it went.

Sweet! I wanna hear this!
So, we did two takes of a set of Renaissance dances that we play really well.
Then we set down two takes of a basic track for the Sarabande in Edvard Grieg's Holberg Suite, and then we overdubbed it a phrase at a time. And we did the same for the Prelude, the Gavotte and the Rigaudon. All very particular and patient work.
We had to send our beloved leader outside on once occasion to give a couple who were talking outside the church an ear-bashing - pity we couldn't have done the same about the plane flying overhead, our engineer's response to "How was that?" on take 7,196 of bar 45 of one of the Grieg movements was "Great but you were still counting out loud in the first bar," and the final thing we did to incur our engineer's wrath was when he came out of the control room and said in a loud voice "Somebody's tapping their foot"
A good day though. I got some decent photos of the place and we might use one of them as cover art.

I do not know much about classical guitar? What is the difference between Classical music compared to acoustic and electric guitar orchestras? What are the most famous guitar orchestras in the world?
