Glad you got it working.

BTW.....I have NEVER been able to get anything listenable or watchable with QUICKTIME on ANY Windows computers. When you ask QT for help they say, "Buy an Apple."

What are you talking about "I was close". I was spot on!

Not exactly...the volume was already up and it was not muted...the problem was it wasn't selected to begin with. Guitar Port was selected..and that was the problem...

Now if we were playing horseshoes Tracker you'd definitely have a 2 pointer...

Thanks! I was just busting anyway. Besides, Arjen was pointing you in the right direction the whole time so he should get the credit.

Mike

EDIT- a minute late.

It's an onboard 5:1 surround. I have an MSI motherboard. It sounds great for an onboard sound system. I only have it set for 2:1 since those are the speakers i have but the Altecs are excellent speaker..

If you still need to convert, then you should look into Timidity++. It does everything in software, so even bad MIDI settings can't defeat it! It usually sounds pretty good.

Paul that would be a great program if I can get it to work? It's just source code and needs to be compiled.
