I have a Douglas Shadow in black that I used till I got a few others and much more into acoustic. It is currently blown apart for refinish and upgraded hardware.
My avatar is with the Shadow.
Pluses would be low cost and dealing with Rondo. The minuses would be the low end electronics and tuners. I installed Wilkinson locking tuners shortly after I got it.The weight is also significant. I have a Dean Vendeta that weighs nothing in comparison.
