Equipment...

So I'm looking for an acoustic 'geetar' and one of those portable mini-amp thingamajiggers for my 'lectrics.

I'm looking to spend $300 total, but I'll go to $350 max total.
I'm thinking around $200 for the 'geetar' and around $100-ish for teh amp.

For the guitar I think I want a pure acoustic, but acoutic-electrics are'nt comepletely out, either.
For the amp the main thing I want is decent tone and preferably battery equiped, but the battery is not an absolute requirement, but is a big huge plus. Wattage is'nt important because I want it as a practice amp and nothing else. Oh, having a headphone jack is a minor plus.

So, given the above, what would you guys buy?
