I had a serious GAS attack and got me a new electric guitar
A black Yamaha RGX320FZ

The RGX320FZ has a carved top with body binding, a mahogany set neck with a bound rosewood fingerboard, two Yamaha Humbucking pickups.

I have put up some soundclips of my guitars here

Soundclips from my Electric guitars Yamaha RGX320FZ (Dual Humbuckers) and BurnOut SWD ( low cost Fat Stratocaster copy SSH) though a Behringer Tube Overdrive (TO100) pedal and connected directly into a Mixer line in.

Tanglewood TW28STE (Shadow P7 EQ) acoustic
Yamaha RGX 320FZ electric guitar/Egnater Tweaker 15 amp.
Yamaha RBX 270 bass/Laney DB 150 amp.

congratulations. I'm having a GAS attack but I can't buy the one that I want. It's on sale, too. I had too many GAS attacks last year to justify another.

congratulations Kalle. That's a nice looking guitar.

GAS is rearing it's ugly head once again here in DC. I played a Parker P8e the other day and was very impressed, and I also got a turn with an Eastman dreadnaught, which is an amazing guitar for the money.

I just have too many guitars littering the basement now. I've got to have another yard sale.

WOW, that's a very sweet looking guitar my friend.

I too am *still* suffering from some serious GAS after playing my first 12 string on new year's eve. Perhaps the only cure is a purchase? :D

Thats one of the good things being 50+ and have time and money to spend on your own hobbies and not always has to focus on the kids (girls that nowadays are 15 and 20).
And a wife that think its good that her husband has his own hobbies and buddies with the same hobbies.
I just got a nice smile from my wife when I got home with the new guitar............

I have GAS for something that's only $150 but I just can't get it right now. It's an Art & Lutherie AMI and it's the absolute cheapest parlor size guitar that's all wood with a 1-3/4" nut that I can find. Last year I bought a 12 string Daisy Rock, a bass, a Martin acoustic and a small no-name cheapie. The Art & Lutherie will replace the no-name cheapie. I've found it's easier to play on these small guitars.

Christopher's online lessons are great, but no. That's the Parker acoustic.

Nice guitar, Kalle - I bought a Yamaha acoustic last year, needed an acoustic with a cutaway - then I bought a guitar off Nick and the Yamaha was kinda redundant.....

Hey Nick, remember the "mystery guitar?"

I'm still taking special care of it....

:D :D :D

That is one seriously nice looking instrument.

I haven't had chance to listen to the clips yet but will definately do so later.

Yamaha make some lovely instruments.

Enjoy your new axe.

Kalle, you are lucky to have friends with the same hobbies and a wife that lets you hang with them. My wife would let me hang with my guitar-playing friends, if I had any.

I picked one of those up last month. I got it to bring camping and play outside and not have to worrry about banging it around. Check it out:
