The Dali Lima was looking for a small electric guitar amp he could take to work in the Amplification forum. Sport the Trapped X recommended the little Smokey amp. I got interested and did a search and found a site on EBay with a video demo. Wow, this little amp Rocks!
Check for the demo about half way down the page.
I couldn't help myself, I had to order one of these. I really liked the way it powered a cab. Man, it would be fun to take one of these to an Open Mic and lay it on top of your cab. People would probably laugh until you fired it up.
This thing probably only does one thing (distortion), but who cares? It looks like a fun little amp that you can take anywhere and runs on batteries.
I got SpaceGirl
I have really lost it lately, I am becoming addicted to buying all sorts of pedals and gadgets for guitar. I am hopeless. :D

That is pretty impressive that that little amp can power a cab. 8) It sounded pretty good too. For the price, why not. Like you said, it could be alot of fun.

It is a small world for metal fanatics. I welcome you fellow musicians, especially the metalheads!
Wes: seems like a fun device. Could be a fun overdrive unit as well!
I'm thinking it'd be a bit much for an overdrive, but they sure are cool little amps!

I've just succumbed to a bit of GAS myself, despite being so skint I'm going to have to eat cheap and nasty sarnies at work this month now . 6 picks and a capo from ebay for a tenner :)

Hmm -- I'd like a date with SpaceGirl. Okay, not really a date ....
Seen the amp around for years, but never grabbed one. Have to do that and add it to my stable of portable amps Pignose, Honeytone, Micro Cube ...
