Its quite easy, first you have to find a host, I like http://www.uploadyourimages.com as it requires no membership. Once you upload your picture, take the message board link, it will look something like . All you have to do is paste that image link onto your post and instead of the words showing up, there will be a picture once you post the message.

BTW, you need to make your avatar smaller. Also make sure the pics are no bigger than 600 pixels wide so we don't have to scroll all over.
thats wat i thought i was just wondering if there was a way to get them on here by uploading them directly on....thanks guys
