I love Jackson Browne's sound and I am trying to learn "These Days". Could someone help w/ this chord shape.

Well, (C)I've (Em7/B)been out (Am)walking,(Am/G) (Fj7)
I don't (C)do (Em7/B)that much (Am)talking(Am/G)

The Em7/B is the one I can't figure, thanks!

Like a normal Em, add the D note on the second string, don't strum the bottom E.

x22030

Seems the most simple solution to me.

I was thinking it would be more like:

X22420 since the B note is on the 4th fret but I'm not sure.

Zaiga's got it. The idea is to have the note to the right of the "/" be your bass (lowest) note. In this song you've got your standard "descending bass line." The bass note in the first chord is C, then B, then A, then G then F.

Another voicing for this Em7/B chord is to only use the B note on the A string (second fret) as the bass and play the rest of the strings open:

X20000

Peace
