:D Today was my birthday, so as a gift my parents went and paid the $200 odd I had left to pay off on my guitar, an Epi Casino with a Bigsby bridge. Awesome rig 8)

Happy B day and congrats onthe guitar! :D
Cool -- you now have the perfect feedback guitar. Try this: (1) Get a good feeback howl going -- this is easy with Casino. (2) Use the Bigsby to control it.

Happy new guitar day (HNGD)
A truly outstanding and versatile guitar. And those P90s sound soooooooooo good.
I modified mine with a black pickguard, and black witch hat knobs. Now it looks more like my GIbson ES-330. I never liked thw white pickguard on the natural guitar, I thought it took the eye away from the beautiful wood grain. After the black PG, I decided on the witch had knobs because the gold ones just looked out of place. Since then I've replaced the switch cover with a black one (not pictured)
I'll show you mine if you show me yours :D

Yep, I got me a Casino about a month ago, beautiful guitars indeed, and really nice tone. I have the natural with white pickguard, but I kinda like that black one. I was actually thinking about taking the pickguard off to see how it looks.
Congrats and have fun!

I thought about removing the pickguard, but I saw a friend's archtop without the pg and the finish of the guitar was quite scratched.
I got the pickguard made at http://pickguards.us/priceothergibson.html Chandler's Pickguard Heaven. They do have a clear PG and I thought about that, but I decided I didn't want to keep the dust under the PG clean. They don't answer e-mail very well, but you can call them on the number on this page if you want http://www.chandlerguitars.com/ . I'm sure others do the same thing, but Chandler is the one I tried and they did a nice job.
Now I like the white PG on the turquoise Casino (seen a few on ebay), but on the NAT I prefer the black - but that's just me.
And it's nice to have two matching guitars.
The Gibson I got for $300 about 20 years ago, and it is now worth about $5,000 so I don't bring it on stage. I play the Gibson at home and the Casino on stage. Plugged in, they both sound almost identical. And they both have that awesome neck.
Happy b-day, and happy new guitar day, I hope the Casino brings you many years of pleasure.

PICS! <...>
It's a beauty, and that G-400 ain't bad either :D I've always liked the SGs with the smaller pickguard better.
